Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Your access to and use of the services provided by Agri Coaching Delhi (ACD) is contingent upon your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing the services.

General Terms:

• Service Agreement: Agri Coaching Delhi agrees to provide, and the Customer agrees to undertake and pay for, the training courses and/or facilities as specified under this agreement.

• Applicability: These terms apply to both standard and bespoke courses conducted at Agri Coaching Delhi premises or via our online portal.

• Bespoke Training: For bespoke training and coaching services, all charges quoted are valid for the period stated in the course notification.

• Course Booking: Provisional course bookings can be made by telephone, but to confirm each booking, the customer must return a signed copy of these Terms and Conditions to Agri Coaching Delhi prior to attending the course.

• Course Admission: Agri Coaching Delhi reserves the right to refuse course attendance if the Terms and Conditions document is not returned before the course begins.

Online and e-Learning Courses:

• Registration: Booking and registration for online and e-learning courses are conducted online.

• Course Access: Full access to courses is granted upon receipt of payment and at the start of the course.

• Course Information: Descriptions, dates, and charges for the courses are available on our proposal and website. Agri Coaching Delhi reserves the right to modify course specifications and formats without prior notice for the benefit of customers.

Payments:

• Deposits: A deposit is required at the time of booking for individual course attendance.

• Balance Payments: The balance of the payment must be made within 15 days from the booking date, subject to special permission from and the personal responsibility of the head of the office.

Agri Coaching Delhi Store:

• Website Usage: The information provided on the website is subject to our terms and conditions, privacy policy, and other relevant policies. Continued use of the website implies agreement to these terms.

• Content Liability: We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information on this website. We exclude liability for inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
